لكل اطفال العالم اتمني لكم عام سعيد

يوم الطفل هو الحدث الذي يحتفل به في أيام مختلفة في أماكن كثيرة في مختلف أنحاء العالم. اليوم العالمي للطفولة الذي يحتفل به في 1 حزيران و يوم الطفل العالمي ويصادف يوم 20 نوفمبر من كل عام.

وقد أوصت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في العام 1954 بأن تقيم جميع البلدان يوما عالميا للطفل، يحتفل به بوصفه يوما للتآخي والتفاهم على النطاق العالمي بين الأطفال. وحدد يوم 5من شهر نوفمبر يوما للطفل العالمي، وقد سبقه وتلاه عدد من الاتفاقات الدولية حول حقوق الطفل. ومن الجدير ذكره أن المجموعة العربية قد وضعت تحفظات على حقوق الطفل لناحية احترام حرية المعتقد.^{[بحاجة لمصدر]}

وفي أغلب دول العالم يتم الاحتفال به يوم 5 نوفمبر، حيث أعلنت الأمم المتحدة في هذا اليوم قانون حقوق الطفل أما في الدول الشيوعية السابقة فيحتفلون بالمناسبة في 1 يونيو/حزيران.^{[بحاجة لمصدر]}

بعض البلدان الاحتفال المحلية للأطفال اليوم 'في تواريخ أخرى. تم تعيين ببساطة عطلة لتكريم الأطفال والقصر

ما اجمل الاطفال وما أبهي الحياة بهم وما أسعدها تلك الامة التي يتمتع أطفالها بالحياة ومنها تجني غداً مشرق .

الاطفال نعمة ومسؤولية كبيره في ان واحد فيجب ان نعد لها لأجل منحهم حياة كريمة ،اعداد نفسي ومادي .

حيث ان الاطفال لديهم الكثير من الاحتيجات المعنوية والمادية تلك المعنويه هي التربية والتنشئية السليمة والمثل والأخلاق والحب والرعاية التامه التي تعصمهم من الولوج في براثن الخطية والطريق المعوج ..... حيث ما لم يوجد بالبيت يقويهم لأشياء اخري فبالحب والراعيه نحمي أطفالنا من الشرور .

هذا من الناحية النفسيه اما الماديه ما امكن التعليم والعناية الطبيه والملبس الجميل هذا واجبنا كاسر او اولياً امور هذا ابسط ما يحتاجه الطفل .

يجب لا نستغله في ان نرسله للعمل او نحرمه من حقوقه ان لا نوبخه ان أخطئ بالتعنيف النفسي العنيف والضرب كل هذه الاشياء او احدها تشرخ طفولتهم يجب ان نكون رحما( ليس منا من لم يرحم صغيرنا ويوقر كبيرنا ) كما حسنا ديننا الحنيف

ادرك احيانا تكون هنالك ظروف خارجه عن أردتها تدفع بالطفل للولوج في سوق العمل مبكرا لوفاة ولي الامر ولكن هذا الشيء يوثر سلبا في نفسية الطفل ....

ان في بلادنا العربيه والافريقية الكثير من الاطفال الإبرياً يدفعون للعمل دفعا وبل يستغلون احيانا في الاتجار بالمخدرات مستغلون برأتهم والعمل العسكري ان لذم الامر، وهنالك الإنجاب الغير شرعي الذي يكون نهايته طفل بري يوضع في ملجاء ، والفقر والحاجة المادية والحروب كفلسطين والسودان وغيرها من البلدان التي تملا الملاجئ بالأطفال الذين فقدوا أوياء أمورهم في الحروب

كل هذه الاشياء جعلت الامم المتحده تهتم بقضايا الطفولة وتجعل قوانين دوليه للفت انتباه الدول والقائمين علي أمرها بان لابد من ان يكون هنال اهتمام بالطفل لذا فهنالك يوم الطفل العالمي وهو نوفبر عشرين من كل عام كما هنالك يوم وقف العنف ضد الطفل ،وكذلك يوم الطفل الافريقي ويوم الطفل العربي .

فاي كانت المسميات نقول اننا المسؤلون امام الله في تربية هذا الطفل وإيجاده في الحياة فيتحتم علينا رعايته التامه غداً سيكبر الصغير ويرعانا ويعوضنا ما انفقاناه فيه ان كان ماديا او معنوية ومن لا يجدر بان يحتمل ان يكون ربنا لأسره فالأجدر به ان لا يجلب طفل لهذا العالم فالعالم به ما مايكفي من الاشكالات.

علينا ان نهتم بالطفل وخاصة بالمهجر حيث العالم الأول يطبق قانون الطفل الذي نصته الامم المتحده لا عنف ضد الطفل والطفل حق في التمتع بطفولته وحسن الملبس والمأكل والتعليم والعلاج

وعلموا ان وجدة المدرسة هنالك اهمال او عنف مباشر او غير مباشر فهذا يعني ان الطفل في خطر فستتدخل وزارة الطفولة والأمومة وهنا ان تدخلت مشكلة كبيره تقوم قائمه حيث ان تعقد الموقف سيؤخذ الطفل من ذويه.

لذا يحب الإدراك التام ونحن بالمهجر أهمية حماية ورعاية الطفل وفق قوانين الدولة التي نحن بها وهنالك الكثير من الإرشادات وباللغة العربيه في وزارة العدل وأي منظمة تعمل في مجال الطفل وفي المدراس وختاما اقول معا من اجل طفولة سليمة وقرس طيب حتما سنحصد ثمرته في الغد (ام او اب نواة صالحة لغرس صالح من اجل مجتمع متماسك تراع فيه الحقوق والواجبات )

When children's Day is Celebrated

International children's day is celebrated on the 1st of June each year, though it is not a common phenomenon in many countries. children's day is often confused with Universal Children's Day which is celebrated on November 20th.

History of International Children’s Day

The ICD is said to have originated in turkey in 1920(April 23) and later in Geneva, Switzerland in 1925.children's day was a coincidence that two very important events took place on 1st June 1925. The first was the World Conference for the Well-being of Children in Geneva and at the same time the Chinese consul-general in San Francisco gathered a number of Chinese orphans to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival.Since both these incidents had the idea of child welfare at their core, 1st of June began to be celebrated as International children's day thereafter but it were largely restricted to the communist countries and continue to be restricted, even after the atrophying of communism. There is often little public awareness of International children's day in the western world and the central Asian continent.

International Children’s Day Celebration in Different Country

Most of the nations in the western world, the Middle East, Africa and the southern hemisphere have their own particular so called "Children's day", which they celebrate during different times of the year. Australia celebrates "Children's Day" on the fourth Wednesday of October. Brazil celebrates children's day on October 12th, which is also the day of Our Lady of Aparecida, a public holiday in Brazil. In India children's day is celebrated on the 14th of November, in honor of the birthday of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru (the first prime minister of free India) owing to his excessive fondness of children.

International Children’s Day in Europe

However, being a prominent phenomenon in Europe, International children's day has acquired an important place in the agenda of United Nations and its concerned agencies, especially UNICEF (United Nations international children's emergency fund). This year children welfare is also going to be an important point of discussion in the G8 summit meeting in Heiligendamm, Germany from the 6th to 8th June (owing to it's proximity to 1st June). The major concerns will be poverty in the African nations and the prevention on HIV among children in the same nations.

International Children’s Day at China

This year on the 1st of June, as part of the tradition in China (one of the nations that laid the foundations of this day) the celebrations went on in full swing when Chinese President, Hu Jintao, spend the day playing games with children. Hu, accompanied by a group of high-ranking officials, visited a kindergarten and a primary school at a small town of the Daxing District in southern Beijing, which mainly take in children of nearby farmers and migrant workers. Hu joined the children in playing with toy bricks at the kindergartenand played basketball and rope skipping with students at the school.

Recognition of International Children’s Day

Despite of the prominence that International children's day gets in nations like China and Poland, it practically remains an arcane in the majority of nations of the world. However, what demarcates it from other public holidays is the hope that it sheds over the future of children, the architects of tomorrow, especially those thriving for "just existence" in the underdeveloped world. The participation of agencies like UNICEF, G8 and other charitable organizations makes it an endeavor that is a giant leap towards peace and unification of humanity giving all those involved in the process that the world is ONE FAMILY.
